Sivasa Gokcetoprak Underground City is 18 km (11 mile) far to Nevsehir centurum.  Gokcetoprak, agglomerate (large grained tuff) of four meter thick and on the top, andesite rock blocks which are rigid volcanic rocks.

The underground city which is carved into mudstone and agglomerate formation is accessible with a narrow rock block. On both uncovered floors of the city; big, unsmooth rectangular areas are interconnected with narrow and long corridors. Stone of the gates which are located at the entrance of corridors are thought to be c ut outside and transferred inside, based on the traces on the rock blocks located 1.5 km of the city
