Liberation War Museum is 1 km (0.6 mile) far to Ankara centurum. The Liberation War Museum, diagonally across the street from Ulus Square, is in the original form where the first parliament building of the Republic of Turkey was. Here the War of Liberation was planned and directed. There are various photographs and items on exhibition where you can view how it was during those times. There are also wax figures of the former presidents’ of the Republic of Turkey.
