Bursa Türkish Islamic Works is 11 km (6 mile) far to  Bursa centurum. The Green Madrasa, in which the first pieces of the archaeological museum were exhibited, was re-planned in 1972 and began to serve  as the Museum of Turkish and Islamic Art in 1975. In the museum there are works from the 12th century to the 20th century exhibited, such  as: metals, ceramics, wooden works, adornments, weapons, manus  cripts, coins, epigraphs, gravestones, and ethnographic materials. The Madrasa has less tile adornments compared to the mosque and the tomb. The vault above the entrance gate, on the west  side balcony´s ceiling and the window pediments of the façade are ornamented with tiles.
