Pancarlik Church is 21 km (13 mile) far to Nevsehir centurum. It is believed that the church, which is located in Pancarlik Valley on the right of Urgup – Mustafapasa road, was built in the first half of the 11th century. It has a flat ceiling, a single nave, and consists of a single main semi-circle.

The Wall pictures in the Church mostly have a green background and they have been protected quite well. In the first stage, it was thought that the frescoes were made by two different artists in different periods, but, when they are examined carefully, one can realize that they are works of art made by the sa me artist. In the frescoes created with scenes following one another on a certain system, there are the depictions of the Saints and the miracles.
